For all Domestic (US) returns, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label for your return. Please make sure the item is clean and free of hair and in the original packaging. Once we receive your item, we will process your refund.
For international orders, unfortunately, we cannot provide pre-paid shipping labels at this time due to USPS restrictions. However, we will happily refund you for your returned items if you would like to ship the item(s) to us with the courier of your choice. All Returns need to be approved through our Return Portal.
Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refunds can take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account.
Because we cannot guarantee an item will be in stock at the time of an exchange, we recommend ordering the replacement item as soon as possible and returning the original item for a refund.
