RETURNS INFORMATION
UK RETURNS
UK returns are free.
To complete a UK return visit our RETURNS PORTAL enter your email address and order number and follow the steps to receive your free returns label. Print the label and affix it to your package and drop off your return at any Collect+ location. Please print your order confirmation and include this in the return so that we can process your refund as quickly as possible.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
To return items from outside the UK, please repackage your items and email hello@goodfluff.com for confirmation of the return address. Post your return to us and include your order confirmation in the return to ensure that we can process your return as quickly as possible. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping and we recommend returning your items on a tracked service.
REFUNDS
Your items must be returned in accordance with our Refunds Terms and Conditions set out below. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and your refund has been processed. We will notify you if there is any reason why we are unable to accept the returned item. We will process your refund as soon as your return has been inspected and authorised as complying with our Refunds Terms and Conditions. Please allow 5-7 working days for your bank or chosen payment method to return the funds to you.
If you have not received your refund after 5 working days of us receiving your return, please contact us.
REFUNDS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be refunded.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery cannot be refunded.
You may return your purchase for any reason within 30 days of receiving your items. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return that is not due to a fault or error with your order, your item must be in an unused condition and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and no tags should have been removed from the product(s).
Gift cards cannot be returned for a cash exchange.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you don't think you've received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
If the refund has not shown in your account, contact your credit/debit card provider. It may take several days before your refund is processed by your card/payment provider.
